1. Our approach
The developer of Dorebit (the “App”) respects your privacy and handles information used by the App in accordance with this policy.
2. Information stored on your device
The App stores practice records, settings and songs you create on your device. It has no feature that sends this information to the developer's server. Deleting the App may also delete locally stored information.
3. Access to device features
- Microphone: Used to analyze humming or played audio on your device and turn it into pitch, notation or chord progressions. Recorded audio is not sent to the developer's server.
- Bluetooth: Used to connect a Bluetooth MIDI keyboard.
- Photos: Used to save videos of songs you create. The App does not read existing photos in your library.
4. Advertising
The free version may display ads provided by Google AdMob. Google or its advertising partners may collect device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions or diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Collection varies by your consent, device settings and region.

5. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed through Apple's StoreKit. The developer does not receive payment details such as your card number. The App checks purchase status to provide paid features and restore purchases.
6. This website
The trial quiz runs in your browser and does not send answers or audio to a server. This website currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
7. Contact
If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to reply and resolve the issue. We do not retain contact information longer than necessary.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, services or applicable laws change. Important changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
